At MultanPoint, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over the personal data you share with us through our automated customer service channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram).
In accordance with Meta Platforms’ policy, we provide the following instructions for users who wish to request the deletion of their data from our systems.
1. What data will be deleted?
When a data deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently removed from our proprietary AI CRM database:
- Chat History: All past transcripts of your conversations with our AI and staff.
- Personal Identifiers: Your phone number, Facebook ID, and Instagram handle.
- Operational Notes: Any delivery instructions or notes saved within our messaging system.
Note: We are legally required to retain WooCommerce order invoices and billing records for tax and accounting purposes. However, these records will be disconnected from our messaging database.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can trigger a data deletion request through any of the following two simple methods:
Method A: Via Chat (Instant Trigger)
Simply send a message to our official WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram account with the phrase:
“Delete my data” or “Mera data khatam kar dein”
Our AI will automatically recognize this request and flag your account for immediate deletion by our system administrator.
Method B: Via Email
You may send a formal request to our support team:
- Email: support@multanpoint.com
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Information needed: Please include the phone number or social media handle you used to contact us.
3. Processing Time
Requests made via chat (Method A) are flagged instantly. All data deletion requests are completed within 48 to 72 hours. Once the process is finished, our AI will no longer recognize your previous interaction history or VIP status.
4. Confirmation
Upon successful deletion, you will receive a final automated confirmation message. After this message, all your communication data will be purged from our active CRM servers.
