Welcome to Multan Point! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, multanpoint.com, and our automated customer service channels on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. By accessing our Site or messaging our official accounts, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Automated Communication & AI Usage
To provide high-speed service, MultanPoint uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated systems to process inquiries, verify orders, and provide support.
- Consent: By messaging us, you consent to receive automated responses.
- AI Persona: Our AI agent, acting as a virtual manager, uses OpenAI technology to assist you. While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI can make mistakes.
- Human Handoff: In the event of a complex issue or at your request, a human manager will take over the conversation to ensure your needs are met.
3. Products, Orders, and Perishable Goods
- Freshness Guarantee: We specialize in perishable goods (mangoes, oranges). We strive for accurate descriptions, but as natural produce, variations in size and appearance occur.
- The Gatekeeper Rule: Because our products are perishable, we reserve the right to withhold dispatch until our AI or human staff has confirmed your delivery address and phone number via direct message.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability or delivery logistics issues.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Discounts
- Currency: All prices are in PKR.
- Payment: We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- AI Discounts: Our automated agents are authorized to provide a maximum discount of 5%. Any requests for higher discounts require manual approval from a Senior Manager.
5. Delivery and Spoilage
- Address Accuracy: At MultanPoint, the Billing Address provided is used as the Delivery Address. You are responsible for the accuracy of this data.
- Liability: We are not liable for the spoilage of fruit if delivery is delayed due to an incorrect phone number or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the package after confirmation.
6. The MultanPoint Empathy Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please provide photographic evidence via chat within 24 hours. We will resolve your complaint as soon and as best as possible to ensure you do not suffer a loss.
7. Data Privacy & Deletion
Your interaction data is handled according to our [Privacy Policy]. You have the right to request the deletion of your chat history at any time by messaging “Delete my data” to our AI or emailing support@multanpoint.com.
