At MULTANPOINT, your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure our mangoes are disease-free, mature, undamaged, and strictly sorted and graded for good size and appearance. We carefully weigh each box using digital scales before handover to our delivery partners.

But, As Mangoes are perishable, so Sometime things can go wrong, that’s why we offer our Mango Delivery Happiness Guarantee.

If you’re not Satisfy with Your Mango delivery for any reason, simply let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. You do not need to Return Mango Box.

Here are some examples of what we consider an unsatisfactory delivery:

  • Damaged or spoiled mangoes
  • Incorrect weight (less than advertised)
  • Mangoes that don’t meet the advertised offer (variety, size, Taste)
  • Any other reason that leaves unsatisfied with Your purchase

Please include clear pictures. Pictures for damaged/spoiled mangoes and incorrect weight help us improve our service and ensure our delivery partners handle your mangoes with care.

· Discounts towards your next mango purchase
