What are types of Packing you are serving?
Right Multanpoint is only providing 5kg and 10kg Gift Box Packaging.
How many orders I can book on Cash On Delivery?
For cash on delivery you can order upto 20 Boxes.
For items greater than 20 you may need to pay advance Via Bank Transfer or Jazzcash or Easy Paisa.
How many days i will get the order?
You can get the delivery in 2-3 working days after dispatch, normally.
Is there any Return Policy?
Yes, if somehow you do not receive the desired order in terms of Type or Quality. You can claim, so we will provide you the new item for free and you can keep previous item as well.
Can I get any discount?
Yes you can have 3 % discount on items purchase minimum 10.
If you are COVID-19 serving staff or any Medical related staff then you can have 3% discount on any single item purchase.
What are bulk purchasing options?
For bulk purchasing i.e more than 30 items you can get upto 10% discount.
